Refund Policy

We stand behind our products; however, for hygienic purposes, we do not issue refunds, or accept returns/exchanges unless the item you purchased from us is defective. Please note that all masks are considered personal health products and are final sale unless defective. 

If product is defective: 

Contact us at providing photos of the item you received and a detailed explanation of the defect. Please also label the e-mail with "Replacement Request" in the subject line. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, generally 3-5 business days, with a decision regarding a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

If you received the wrong item and would like a refund, you will be required to send a photo of the item(s) you did receive and to ship the item back to the warehouse it was sent from. Send the request to with details and a photo and label the e-mail "WRONG ITEM(S)" in the subject line.
